🕐 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States (US) and the United Kingdom (UK). We're working on expanding to more countries — stay tuned!
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by product and typically take at least 1 week from the date of shipment. Some items may take longer depending on product type or courier conditions — an estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel's journey via our courier partner's website.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If no one is available, the parcel may be held at the nearest courier hub for collection. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.
📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
DozyPaws is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
📬 Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dozypawsteam@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
